Thelma died 24 FEB 2011 in Marion, Grant Co., IN, at age 87.

She married Donald "Wimpy" CLARK 19 JUL 1941 in Peru, Miami Co., IN. (Donald "Wimpy" CLARK is #12557.) Donald died 16 DEC 1986 in IN, at age unknown. Thelma Maxine Clark, 87, Marion, went to be with the Lord at 5:26 a.m. Thursday, surrounded by family at her residence.

She was born in Peru Aug. 10, 1923 to Raymond "Bud" Witt and Minnie E. (Bowman) Witt. She married Donald "Wimpy" Clark on July 19, 1941, and he preceded her in death Dec. 16, 1986.

Thelma was a homemaker and a member of the Liberty Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons, Jack (Kathy) Clark, Peru, Pat (Jeanne) Clark, Warsaw, Timothy (Cherri) Clark, Jensen Beach, Fla., and Raymond "Bud" (Cherie) Clark, La Fontaine; and her daughters, Helen Clark, Marion, and Vicki Riggle, Peru. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her son-in-law, John R. Riggle Jr.; and a brother, Robert Witt.

A funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 W. Third St., with Pastor Terry Bishir officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru.

Friends may call from noon until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Marion Hospice.
