Charles Franklin BROWN 30 AUG 1883 in Stryker, Williams Co., OH. His 1st marriage certificate list his birth location as
Williams Co., OH, His second marriage certificate list Cleveland, OH. Yes confusing but I am going with Stryker, Williams Co., OH Finding
the date of Frank's first day of employment at the City of Cleveland would answer this confusing question. First marriage was
done by a priest, second marriage by a J.P. Also his death certificate list date of birth as 30 AUG 1885? When Laura and Frank
married they built a home just to the right or west of her mothers home and this new home was at the SE corner of Northwest St. and Curtis
