Yes confusing but I am going with Stryker, Williams Co., OH Finding the date of Frank's first day of employment at the City of Cleveland would answer this confusing question.

First marriage was done by a priest, second marriage by a J.P.

Also his death certificate list date of birth as 30 AUG 1885? Charles died 19 JUN 1942 in Wayne Co., MI, at age 58. Died at Florence Critten Hospital Detroit. find a grave number is 13918733 His body was interred JUN 1942. Grand Lawn Cem @ Grand River and Telegraph Rds.

He married twice. He married Sadie C. CLARKE 23 FEB 1902 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co, OH. (Sadie C. CLARKE is #4531.) Sadie was born 28 MAY 1884 in Cuyahogo Co., OH. Sadie was the daughter of Luke CLARKE and Mary A. MCCANN. Sadie died 30 JUN 1951 in Memphis, Shelby Co., TN, at age 67. Sadie had two sons with Charles F. Brown, she then had a daughter possibly named Della and Charles said Della was not his at birth and did divorce Sadie at that time. She remarried and moved to Memphis, TN

Julia was the daughter of John EBLE and Aloysia "Louise" STUDER. Julia died 1 JAN 1975 in Wyandotte, Wayne Co., MI, at age 91. Her body was interred JAN 1975. Burial in Grand Lawn Cem. Grand River and Telegraphs Rds. Julia Cecilia Brown, 646 5th St., Wyandotte, MI died in Wyandotte hospital the funeral was held in St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, and burial was in Grand Lawn Cem. Detroit, MI. Survived by a daughter Mrs Lucille Ross, two grandchildren and two grt-grandchildren.

Julia was in the Frank & Mayna (Eble) Netting home in the 1910 census Cuyahoga Co., Ward 1. as sister in law.

Charles was divorced from an unknown person CA 1905 in Cuyahoga Co., OH. 1910 census indicates he was married for 3 years.

When Charles was age 30 and Julia Cecilia EBLE was age 31 they became the parents of Lucille Marie BROWN 27 JUL 1914 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH. Charles was a Tool and Die maker, then became a Stationary Engineer following in his father's foot steps in Cleveland and later he was locomotive engineer and a General Forman of Locomotive Power at Great Lakes Steel Corp. at Wayne Co., MI The 1920 census Cleveland Ward 1, Cuyahoga, OH has Charles, Julia, Lucille, and his father Frank. Charles was 59 at the time of death and I did not find an obituary for him? died from complications of gall bladder surgery, though his death Certificate list Carcinoma Appendix uncoverd during an autopsy. He did live with Rita and Lucille in Stuebenville for a year to two prior to Wyandotte, MI He and grandpa Charles Barber were very good friends.

Charles had Black hair; had Gray eyes.
